Oh dear - kinda funny, but you did a lot of sensible thinking and consideration. Now you can concentrate on something else for a while. 8-)))
Hmm, I hate to make decisions like this. This was a hard one too. I'm for security and stability so I would have made the same decision that you made. Time will tell if you made the right one. Keep on looking....
I imagine the cat is happy.
I would have been panicky having to make that decision right now. Now you can get to work on that sewing room.
...without knowing all your details, I'm still pretty sure that you made a good decision... 'cause moving is SO stressful... even into the ideal situation... not what I would want to do at my age...
